GrowSetu – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 11 June 2025 Welcome to GrowSetu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp marketing platform and services. By registering as a vendor and using the GrowSetu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Account Registration You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 2. Use of Services You agree to use GrowSetu in compliance with all applicable local and international laws. You shall not use the platform to send spam, harmful content, or misleading communication through WhatsApp or any channel. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior. 3. Vendor Responsibilities You are solely responsible for the content you send using the platform, including messages, campaigns, and data accuracy. You must ensure you have the necessary permissions from your recipients to send them messages via WhatsApp. You agree not to misuse the platform in a way that could harm our services or reputation. 4. Payment & Subscription Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize GrowSetu to charge your payment method for applicable fees on a recurring basis (if subscribed). 5. Data Privacy We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your own data collection practices comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA). 6. Intellectual Property All platform content, trademarks, and technology are owned by or licensed to GrowSetu. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service without prior written consent. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any stored data may be deleted. 8. Limitation of Liability GrowSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 10.
