GrowSetu – Vendor Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 11 June 2025 These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrowSetu platform as a vendor. By registering or accessing the vendor dashboard, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Eligibility To use GrowSetu as a vendor, you must: Be legally registered in your operating country (if applicable) Be authorized to manage marketing, communication, or sales for your organization Comply with all relevant marketing, data protection, and commercial regulations 2. Account Registration Vendors must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GrowSetu reserves the right to verify your information and suspend or terminate accounts with false data. 3. Use of the Platform Vendors may use the platform to manage WhatsApp communications, campaigns, and business messaging. You must not use GrowSetu to send spam, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive messages. All WhatsApp activity must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's terms, and applicable laws. 4. Compliance and Permissions You are solely responsible for ensuring that recipients have given consent to receive WhatsApp messages from you. You agree not to upload or process any personal data without proper authorization. You must comply with all relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, etc.). 5. Content Responsibility Vendors are fully responsible for the content sent through GrowSetu, including text, links, images, and any media. GrowSetu does not endorse, monitor, or take responsibility for vendor-generated content. 6. Fees and Payments Certain services or features may require a paid subscription. All fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing plan you selected. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. 7. Platform Access and Restrictions GrowSetu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform in any way. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. 8. Termination GrowSetu may suspend or terminate your vendor access for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. 9. Limitation of Liability GrowSetu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Platform availability and performance are offered “as is” and without warranties of any kind. 10. Intellectual Property All platform technology, branding, and content (excluding vendor data) belong to GrowSetu. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent. 11. Amendments These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any revised terms. 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of {{Jurisdiction}}. 13.
